How do I order on annrea.com?
Ordering on annrea.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the art you would like to purchase, click on the “purchase” button to place it in” Your Collection”. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
You may also order over the phone, by calling 415-387-224. Hours are from 9:00AM-05:00pm PST Monday through Friday. You may call any time and leave a message and your call will be returned.

Why am I charged sales tax for my annrea.com purchases?
Ann Rea is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Ann Rea conducts business in California.
How will my order be shipped?
Currently we accept online orders for shipment within the continental United States. Original works of art are shipped insured via DHL. Fine art prints are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS> please allow 14-21 business days from the date or your order. For each address within the 48 contiguous United States, the following charges apply:*
Under $20 $0
up to $250 $20
$251 to $500 $35
$501 to $1000 $60
Orders over $1000: No charge for shipping to one address.
What if my print or frame is damaged?
All damaged prints and or frames will be replaced as soon as possible as long as you have all of the original packaging for inspection.
What if my original art is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your original is damaged your investment will be refunded in full as you have all of the original packaging for inspection.
Can I make returns or exchanges?
All prints are specially created to order, so all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges unless in the rare instance the merchandise is damaged during shipping. Please notify us of damaged prints within 7 business days. Kindly call for a return authorization and keep all original packaging for your claim.
*All sales of original art is final.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged just before your print is created or just before your painting or accessory is packaged. Prints will be shipped from the framer.
